Weddings at the Brokaw-McDougall House

The Brokaw-McDougall House is an antebellum home that is owned by the state of Florida and serves as one of Tallahassee wedding venues. It was built around 1856 and was used as a home for over one hundred years. This site was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places which just adds to the importance of this pre-Civil War home. The gardens were restored recently to the way they were prior to the 1850’s. This Tallahassee wedding venue has a capacity of 50 people inside, but allows for many more in outside ceremonies. The gardens make a gorgeous setting for an outdoor wedding.
